We want you to be happy with your plates. Please read the information below before ordering.
Personalised items
All of our plates are made to order to your exact design. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind, or if the plate matches the design you ordered. Please check your registration, spelling and options carefully before you place your order.
Cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@ccplates.info or 07762 273615. If production has not started, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your plates arrive damaged, are faulty, or are not what you ordered because of a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will make and send you a free replacement, or give you a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return an item
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. Email info@ccplates.info with your order number and we’ll send you the returns instructions.
